Market Entry Rules for the Parabolic SAR Trend Scalper Strategy
Opening a Long Position is done when the following conditions are met:
1. The Parabolic SAR indicator is below the price.
2. The MACD indicator is above the zero level.
3. The price is above or has just crossed the EMA 100 from below after the signal candle closes.
Opening a Short Position is done when the following conditions are met:
1. The Parabolic SAR indicator is above the price.
2. The MACD indicator is below the zero level.
3. The price is below or has just crossed the EMA 100 from above after the signal candle closes.
Stop Loss should be placed 3 points above or below, depending on the trend, of the Parabolic SAR indicator points. Take Profit should be set at 7-12 points, possibly slightly more, according to the strategy author.
