First Impulse Levels (FIL or RFI) are zones/levels of maximum volume that initiate a market reversal, making them key for future trading decisions.
The main mechanism of the price movement is that the price moves from one Primary Impulse Level (RFI) to the opposite, reverse level relative to the previous trend. The First Impulse Level (RFI) represents a reversal zone, and the first impulse level from the previous movement’s reversal is also a strong level for price rejection.
It is recommended to use the RFI indicator to find entry points only after one of the specified patterns appears on the levels (Retest / Broken / Mirrored).
