These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ForTraders.org, including its articles, market data, quotes, charts, tools, newsletters, comments, and other features (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by ForTraders.org.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Informational purpose
The Site provides general financial, economic, and educational information. It does not provide personalised investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or instruction to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Please read our Financial Disclaimer before relying on market-related content.
3. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use the Site only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you. You must not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the Site in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the Site to distribute unlawful, misleading, or infringing material.
4. Accounts, forms, and submissions
If you submit information through an account, form, comment, or other feature, you must provide information you are authorised to provide and keep any access credentials secure. You retain ownership of your original submissions. You grant ForTraders.org a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, and display a submission only as needed to operate and promote the relevant Site feature. We may moderate or remove submissions that breach these Terms or applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Site’s original text, design, branding, software, and compilations are owned by or licensed to ForTraders.org and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make reasonable personal, non-commercial use of Site content. Republishing, selling, systematically extracting, or creating a competing database from Site content requires prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
6. Market data and third-party content
Quotes, charts, news, advertisements, links, images, and other materials may come from third parties. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable and may differ from executable prices. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link, advertisement, or reference does not by itself mean that ForTraders.org endorses or guarantees the third party.
7. Advertising and affiliate relationships
The Site may display advertising, sponsored material, or affiliate links. ForTraders.org may receive compensation when users view, click, register, or purchase through certain links. Commercial relationships do not convert general Site content into personalised financial advice. Sponsored or advertising content should be identified where required.
8. Availability and changes
We may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or that every error will be corrected immediately. Planned and emergency maintenance may affect availability.

We may restrict or terminate access to Site features where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Site, third parties, or legal rights, including in response to misuse, security threats, or a material breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Site, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means that the revised Terms apply from your next use, subject to any rights that cannot be waived.
13. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operation and use of the Site, without limiting mandatory protections available to you under applicable law. Any dispute should first be raised with us so that we can try to resolve it directly.
